Proudly established in 1998 and run by Sue Hobson-Hillyer, with over 25 years of experience, Moorhouse Equestrian Centre has built a reputation as a trusted and well-regarded facility for riders and horses of all levels. Set in a supportive and professional environment, we offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of every equestrian enthusiast. Whether you're here to train, compete, host an event, or simply spend time with your horse, Moorhouse Equestrian Centre offers first-class facilities, expert care, and a welcoming community for all.

Each option provides expert care by our onsite staff and access to our exceptional facilities, including two indoor arenas, a lunge pen, and year-round turnout for your horse’s wellbeing. Personnel are on-site at the yard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As a recognised show centre, Moorhouse regularly hosts:
Affiliated and unaffiliated dressage and show jumping competitions
Local riding club events in partnership with Ackworth & District Riding Club
